Private lessons are a fantastic way to improve and develop the areas of the game that you would like to work on and each session can be tailored directly to your needs and level. Players benefit from the opportunity to have one-to-one learning, but in addition, sessions could include your badminton partner or a friend so that you can develop your doubles games together. Lessons provide a more personal experience and enhances focus, helps master the various techniques and improves confidence. High quality coaching and tailored approach accelerates learning and will supplement the player’s other badminton sessions.
‘I have been having badminton lessons with Kirsty for the last few weeks. I have had a sporting background and seen many coaches over the years with football and golf. I have found Kirsty excellent in all departments of coaching, she explains things very well and has worked with me on my grip, serving, backhand clears and drop shots. The big plus for me is that Kirsty can demonstrate the shot and explain the technique while she is showing you. I am really enjoying the lessons and would recommend Kirsty very highly to all my friends.’Nigel Knight

‘Reflecting upon my past ability level before taking Kirsty’s private coaching lessons just goes to show how much one can improve through her enthusiastic and motivational teaching methods. Each week there is an area of focus which, even if completely new to the student, can be a confident strategy by the end and adapted to real games. I implore any person, their age irrelevant, to try just one lesson with Kirsty as you will experience first hand the determination she puts into your personal improvement. One of the most interesting aspects of learning in these sessions is the art of deception and theatricality, which when used correctly are powerful agents to those who have not learnt to counter them.’’Marc Moon
